I'm so happy with how these have turned out! The colors really pop on each book. Now that the proofs have turned out great (see more pics below!) I'll order backer copies. If you missed out on these during the campaign, sets are still available through BackerKit! Reminder the hardcover editions won't be available at regular retail and once fulfillment ends, will go in the vault until Book 5 comes out (sometime in 2025)!
A few of you haven't completed your survey! It just takes a few moments! Once I have all the shipping info and orders are locked, it will just be getting the books and then getting them to those who backed physical tiers. Digital tiers including the ebooks are coming very soon!

All BacketKit surveys have been sent today!
Filling the survey out only takes a few moments! Check your inboxes and maybe your Junk folders in case it got directed there. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. All you need to do isclick the survey link to respond. Answer the questions and purchase add-on items if you like!
Once the surveys are complete, I'll be moving on to fulfilling digital orders very soon! I can't wait for you to get the ebook - I've wanted to share this book for a long time. Physical proofs are on their way, and if everything is ok, I should have backer copies in early April.
I can't wait to share pics of the hardcover proofs when they arrive!

Black Market Heart is one step closer to being on your shelves! 🎉
The Kickstarter funds have been processed and soon you’ll receive an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since I need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey.
When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email! After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
Since this is my first time working with the surveys, I'll send a 'smoke test' to some backers to make sure there are no bugs. The survey will go out to everyone else after!

You've created some real magic and the novel has come true! I can't thank you enough for your support! It's been a YEAR of planning, working, and stressing out, but the campaign is a success and it's a GREAT start for even more, thanks to you.
What's Next?
I see there is just one pledge where the credit card details either didn't go through, or the bank maybe is wondering what this Kickstarter thing is all about. Please check your Kickstarter messages and payment details to make sure everything is good! Kickstarter gives you a week to resolve your details, and I don't want anyone to miss out on their rewards!

Click here to fill out a quick Google Form with how you wish your name to appear in the acknowledgments page for Black Market Heart! Please respond within 5 days so I can update the book and get you your copies ASAP! After 5 days with no response, I'll go with your backer name as it appears in Kickstarter. Thank you!
Early March
I'll be sending out a reward survey on or about March 10th, asking for your email and/or mailing address so that I can get your books delivered correctly. Please fill this out! This will also give you a further opportunity to purchase add-ons if you so choose.
A Note On Shipping
I intended to charge for all shipping post-campaign. Due to some first-time Kickstarter gremlins, some of you have already paid for shipping on your books. You will NOT pay again, or more than you have (unless you purchase add-ons in the survey that would necessitate this), though I still need to collect your shipping address in the survey. For those who have not paid shipping yet, your shipping funds will be collected when it comes time for fulfillment. I apologize for any confusion. Please let me know if you have questions!
Late March
You will receive your ebooks and digital swag! I anticipate being able to distribute these sooner than late March, so long as I get everyone's info on time!
Late May
You should have your print books! It takes two weeks for Kickstarter to process funds, and about three weeks for these to be printed. Allowing for unexpected delays and shipping times, I fully expect to get everyone their books by the end of May, if not sooner!

We’ve hit Stretch Goal #2 - a Digital Art package including a downloadable bookmark and desktop wallpaper of The Interdictor!
